Job Description: As the Senior Capture Manager for the Intel Division, you are expected to execute the full BD lifecycle across multiple simultaneous pursuits and proposals. You will identify gaps and emerging requirements, perform market and economic analysis, conduct business intelligence, design and execute formal capture plans, and monitor competitor activity. You will develop the overall capture strategy for your market, as well as internal and external partnerships, campaigns, and associated marketing. You will collaborate with a team of business development professionals, including proposal managers, solution architects, and pricing leads, in achievement of short and long-term goals. You will maintain the Intel pipeline of opportunities and execute win strategies. Primary Responsibilities: Work with the Executive VP of Capture and BD Operations Lead to support overall strategic planning and linking of pursuits/capture activities to support business development pipeline metrics Identify, develop, and implement near-term and long-term business strategies for growth Continuously monitor the market to keep track of competitor developments and their impact on market share Participate in business planning activities, to include monthly pipeline reviews, opportunity collaboration sessions, and gate reviews Monitor the pipeline, recommend BD priorities and resource allocation Contribute to the development and implementation of the Intel growth strategy Coordinate with RealmOne organizations performing in emerging technology fields in other markets Coordinate meetings with customers, competitors, clients, and teammates to develop market insight on requirements, acquisition strategy, acquisition timing, and contract vehicle choices Represent RealmOne in the industry through participation in industry-related organizations, conferences, and panels Required General Experience: Security Clearance with Appropriate Polygraph 15+ years of experience in business development or capture management Proven track record of successful capture and pipeline management across multiple Intel organizations and program offices at a variety of acquisition sizes Experience working with the various Government agencies located within the Virginia and Maryland locations Experience with Government/DoD budget, investments, and acquisition processes Demonstrated access to key government customers and industry partners Demonstrated working knowledge of the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) Ability to use automated tools such as Microsoft Office to present ideas, information, and reports and a customer relationship management to track opportunities and manage pipeline Leadership skills to develop, organize and execute significant capture activities, including building industry teams, assessing win probability, and executing customer call plans to shape acquisitions, win business with new and existing customers Ability to gain internal support, and establish a solid working relationship with senior management, technical staff, division managers, and peers across RealmOne Management of an opportunity pipeline valued at $500 million or greater Headquartered in Columbia, MD, RealmOne provides advanced technology services and solutions focused on cybersecurity, intelligence collection and analysis, data science and advanced analytics, and hyper-automation to support our country's most critical national security initiatives.
