Senior Capital Project Manager

Our education client is hiring a Construction Senior Capital Project Manager at $103k/year (W2) to support their team in Norman, OK.

Responsibilities:
- Represent the University during all phases of design, programming, and construction of both major and minor capital improvements projects.
- Evaluate drawings, specifications, and other documentation to ensure that projects comply with university standards and requirements.

Qualifications:
- Completed bachelor's degree
- Valid driver's license
- 5+ years relevant post-graduation experience in commercial/institutional construction administration
