The Senior Business Systems Analyst role within IT Systems, is responsible for the Workforce Dimension time and attendance system and is the technical subject matter expert for the System Administration. This role is responsible for the daily transactions of the system and will apply a comprehensive knowledge/skill to the workforce timekeeping environment. Handling a range of activities, to include process improvements, develop and maintain partnerships with other internal and external stakeholders.

• Provide training, process documentation and support to departments on the workforce timekeeping system.


• Provide key technical resources for Payroll and HR functional areas.


• Participate or lead training/discovery sessions/to capture business requirements needed to help build workforce timekeeping system.


• Translate business requirements into detailed functions requirements or report requirements & partner with solution consultants, vendors, or development resources on solution design.


• Assist and support business with ongoing changes to functional areas of system.


• This role has the responsibility to understand and places in practice appropriate safety procedures. This responsibility is achieved through education, training, use of protective equipment (as applicable) and by following safety policies, regulations, standards, and laws.

Required Skills


• 5-10 years of experience in related field is preferred.


• Excellent proficiency in all Microsoft Office Suite Products.


• Experience in designing and developing processes in a highly agile environment.


• Proven ability to maintain focus and work as part of a team.


• Ability to recognize and solve complex issues and support appropriate escalation paths.


• Demonstrate learning agility and critical thinking skills.


• Excellent analytical thinking.

BA/BS or equivalent is preferred.


Work is generally performed within a business professional office environment, with standard office equipment available.


• Work conditions are typical of an office environment.


• This role requires 10% domestic travel.


• Position may require the physical agility of lifting up to 15 pounds


• Position may require frequent and/or infrequent of bending, squatting, pushing, pulling, stretching/reaching, use hands or fingers, talk, hear, feel objects, tools, controls and standing/walking on concrete flooring.


• Position may require the physical ability to stand/walk for Less than 4 hours.
