Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and results driven Senior Business Development Representative (SBDR) to support both public sector and enterprise sales teams. The Sr. BDR will help grow. Team Cymru's pipeline by prospecting to source qualified meetings for Account Executives. The ideal candidate is an expert at taking a proactive approach to prospecting via highly personalized outbound tactics; cold calling, LinkedIn, email, and getting creative to cut through the noise and engage buyers in our ICP.

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Generate new business opportunities and qualify leads through strategic outreach efforts, including cold calling, email campaigns, and social selling tactics.
  • Engage buyers within our ICP, understand their business needs and pain points, and effectively communicate the value proposition of Team Cymru
  • Work closely with the EMEA and Government sales team to help to increase pipeline development and drive revenue growth.
  • Respond to inbound leads in a timely manner.
  • Discuss the prospects' needs and qualify them before proceeding to the next step in the sales process.
  • Set up meetings for Account Executives to demo our platform to new prospects.
  • Keep CRM records concerning activities current; communicate with prospects via Salesloft, and LinkedIn.
  • Work closely with sales to align opportunities generated to monthly goals.
  • Understand the Cyber security team's day-to-day, challenges, responsibilities, and pain points.

Required Skills/Abilities:

  • Experience with modern prospecting tools like Salesforce, Salesloft, LinkedIn, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or other platforms.
  • Previous success in driving lead generation/cold calling to generate pipeline in a fast-paced environment.
  • Cybersecurity industry experience is a plus.
  • Associate or bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Proven ability to drive the sales process from prospecting to hand-off of to an Account Executive.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communications, negotiation, and organizational skills
  • Must reside in Europe, Middle East, and Africa although the position is remote.

Education and Experience:

  • 4+ years of outbound business development experience in a B2B SaaS enterprise environment (preferably in cybersecurity).
  • Are you an adept navigator of the global sales landscape? We're seeking a seasoned professional with at least 2 years of experience in global sales support to join our dynamic team. In this role, you'll be instrumental in driving our international sales initiatives, providing crucial support to our sales team across various regions.
  • We're seeking candidates who are proficient in multiple languages to join our team. Fluency in more than one language is essential for effective communication and collaboration in our diverse environment. Physical Requirements:

Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.

Availability to travel up to 15%.
