This Senior Brand Director position is full-time and offers a hybrid work arrangement. We are currently exclusively considering residents of Los Angeles, CA, for this role.

Your Expertise:

  • Proven track record in conducting comprehensive market research and analysis to inform strategic brand positioning.
  • Strong creative leadership and management skills, guiding the development of impactful brand assets that resonate with target audiences.
  • Demonstrated ability to optimize brand campaigns through data-driven insights, driving measurable results and ROI.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Lead the strategic development of brand initiatives, conducting thorough market research and analysis to identify emerging trends and consumer insights.
  • Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns across diverse channels, ensuring alignment with brand objectives and messaging.
  • Provide creative direction and guidance to cross-functional teams for the development of compelling brand assets, including print, digital, and social media initiatives.
  • Oversee the implementation of brand campaigns, leveraging data analytics and performance metrics to optimize campaign effectiveness and drive measurable results.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • Must have a portfolio showcasing your brand experience.
  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in brand management, leadership/ management, and marketing strategy within the healthcare or regulated corporate industry is highly preferred.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Suite, Microsoft Office, and other relevant software.
  • Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and compliance standards within the healthcare industry.
  • Exceptional communication, leadership, and project management skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to conduct in-depth market research and analysis to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful brand positioning strategies.
  • Experience in leading cross-functional teams and driving collaboration across departments.
