Are you a passionate and experienced LCSW seeking a non-traditional opportunity to lead and shape a community-centric behavioral health program? We are seeking a dynamic Senior Behavioral Health Clinician to join our Integrated Services team and make a real difference in the lives of our patients.

A Day in the Life of a Senior Behavioral Health Clinician

As a Senior Behavioral Health Clinician at Adagio Health, you will wear many hats, playing a crucial role in identifying, triaging, and managing patients with behavioral health concerns across our diverse services. You will utilize your expertise in brief, solution-focused approaches like Motivational Interviewing and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to engage patients in short-term counseling and connect them to vital community resources.

Your day will be a dynamic blend of direct patient care, team supervision, and program development. You will conduct assessments, evaluations, and brief interventions, empowering patients to take charge of their integrated wellness. You will lead weekly individual and bi-weekly group supervision sessions, fostering a collaborative and supportive environment for your team. Additionally, you will leverage your technological prowess to generate reports, analyze data, and contribute to quality improvement initiatives.

Your Expertise and Impact

As a Senior Behavioral Health Clinician, you will:
  • Lead with Clinical Acumen: Manage a focused patient caseload, showcasing your emotional intelligence and deep understanding of Medicaid MCOs and contractual obligations.
  • Drive Program Success: Utilize your billing and coding expertise to ensure accurate and efficient documentation, contributing to the overall financial health of the program.
  • Champion Innovation: Spearhead the development of innovative programs like tele-behavioral health, enhancing access to care and expanding the reach of our services.
  • Empower Your Team: Foster a collaborative and supportive environment, mentoring and guiding your team to deliver exceptional care.
  • Advocate for Integrated Wellness: Demonstrate your passion for community-centric care, making a lasting impact on the lives of patients by addressing their holistic well-being.
Requirements:
  • Current Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) for Pennsylvania
  • Advanced degree master's or above in a Behavioral Health field
  • Proven experience in behavioral health assessment, brief intervention, and short-term counseling
  • PA Certified Addictions Counselor or Co-Occurring Disorders Professional credential preferred.
  • Strong leadership and supervision skills
  • Proficiency in billing and coding
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Technological adeptness and data analysis skills
  • Passion for community-centric care and integrated wellness
Travel:

Some regional travel required.
