Job Details

As a Senior Audit Manager, you will play a pivotal role in leading and managing audit engagements while ensuring the delivery of high-quality services to our clients. You will oversee audit teams, guide junior staff, and interact directly with clients to understand their needs and provide strategic insights. This role requires strong technical expertise in auditing, exceptional leadership skills, and a dedication to upholding professional standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage audit engagements from planning to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
  • Review audit workpapers, financial statements, and related documentation to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Provide guidance, mentorship, and training to audit team members, fostering their professional development and growth.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with clients, serving as a trusted advisor and addressing their needs and concerns promptly and effectively.
  • Stay abreast of changes in accounting standards, regulations, and industry trends, and apply relevant knowledge to client engagements.
  • Collaborate with partners and other senior management to identify opportunities for process improvements, business development, and client service enhancement.
  • Participate in firm-wide initiatives, such as recruiting, training, and knowledge sharing, to contribute to the firm's growth and success.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field; CPA certification required
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in public accounting, with a focus on auditing.
  • Strong technical knowledge of auditing standards, regulations, and best practices.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively manage teams and interact with clients.
  • Proven track record of managing multiple audit engagements simultaneously and delivering high-quality results.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Commitment to upholding professional ethics and standards of conduct.
