Job Details

Responsibilities
  • Oversee audit workpapers for both non-profit and for-profit entities.
  • Coordinate client timelines ensuring all reporting requirements are met.
  • Collaborate closely with management and partners to address all client accounting needs.
  • Showcase analytical skills and the capacity to structure disorganized problems.
  • Evaluate the work of team members ensuring precision, quality, and pertinence.
  • Utilize appropriate tools for specific scenarios and justify those selections.
  • Assess both your contributions and those of colleagues for accuracy, relevance, and quality.
  • Pursue opportunities that offer varied situations, settings, and viewpoints.
  • Adhere to the firm's ethical standards and business conduct.

Who We Seek:
  • We're in search of a sharp, methodical individual with a professional background, ready for fresh responsibilities and challenges.
  • Tech proficiency is a must, particularly in Excel, PDF Editor, QuickBooks Online, Office 365, and Pro fx Engagement -Audit software. Additionally, you should be adaptive to new software introductions.
  • Juggling multiple tasks energizes you, and you possess an innate curiosity to assimilate new duties and projects.
  • You have the capability to work autonomously on tasks while also adhering to provided instructions.
  • Strong communication skills are essential, allowing seamless interaction with both clients and team members.
  • A positive demeanor is key, paired with receptiveness to constructive critiques to further your professional evolution.
  • Possessing a solid understanding of accounting, payroll, and bookkeeping will be pivotal for success.
  • This position is an ideal fit if you're grounded in financial management and have experience in accounting and tax -prep for small businesses and individuals.
  • A background of 2-5 years in accounting is desired, with either an existing CPA designation or an ongoing pursuit of the same.
