As a Senior Associate of Marketing Analytics in the JPMorgan Private Client Data & Analytics team, you will be responsible for managing and supporting the JPM Private Client Marketing campaign management lifecycle. This includes targeting, sizing, business case support, modeling support, list execution support, reporting, test design building and reading, financial assessments, forecasting and overall campaign analysis. You will work directly with our clients on the design, development, implementation and tracking of their strategic marketing campaigns from a data & analytics perspective. You will need to be analytically/technically strong, have great communications skills, and a collaborative and resourceful style.
Job Responsibilities

Create analytical optimization of marketing programs throughout the marketing lifecycle; opportunity, targeting, testing, reporting and insights analytics

Build strong relationships with our clients, own the book of work and delivery approach, advise on strategies and experimentation to achieve business goals

Leverage suite of evolving analytics tools, including migration to the Cloud and next generation analytical applications

Collaborate across data & analytics functions (Modeling, Execution and Centers of Excellence)

Advocate for specific data needed to monitor performance, targeting and execution, and other analytical support for business goals

Maintain, improve, and assess processes and controls in support of business results
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
-
Masters or PhD in a related field, or bachelor's with 3+ years' experience in a related discipline

3+ years of related Marketing Analytics experience

Strong written and oral presentation/communication skills - the ability to convey complex information simply and clearly to senior business leaders

Exceptional interpersonal and collaboration skills, ability to explain complicated mathematical concepts, algorithms, and data structures with an ability to influence both internal & external business partners

Hands-on experience in delivering analytics and insights to multiple levels of management (Including Test Design, Financials, Conversion/Response Reporting, Response Analysis, Incremental Analysis, Response Profiling and Target/Segmentation Analysis) Tangible experience with business strategy and tactical implementation

Proficiency in data analysis languages such as Python, SAS, R and proficiency proficiency in general purpose languages such as Java, C+, Scala, etc.

Experience in Cloud and Big Data platforms such as AWS, Snowflake, Hadoop, Hive, Pig, Apache Spark, etc

Experience in relational databases including proficiency in SQL

Strong analytics, interpretive and problem-solving skills and technical understanding of data extraction, transformation, and load processing and experience with dynamic and interactive reporting applications (ie, Tableau)
