Senior Associate Director of Day Services

Responsible for personnel in the day supports department Responsible to promote and support meaningful lifestyles of each individual Supervisory experience is required Basic computer skills required Excellent communication and teambuilding skills required Must possess a valid drivers license and at least 3 years of good driving experience with your license, and must meet our driver eligibility criteria Requires one of the following: Masters Degree or above from an accredited college or university in Special Education, Psychology, Public Health, Rehabilitation, Social Work, Speech Pathology, Audiology, Occupational Therapy, Therapeutic Recreation, or other human service field, plus 1 year of work experience working directly with persons with disabilities OR Bachelors Degree from an accredited college or university in Special Education, Psychology, Public Health, Rehabilitation, Social Work, Speech Pathology, Audiology, Occupational Therapy, Therapeutic Recreation, or other human service field, plus 2 years of work experience working directly with persons with disabilities
