Senior Analyst of Affiliate Marketing - Calvin Klein

POSITION SUMMARY:


The Senior Analyst of Affiliate Marketing is responsible for supporting in the development, implementation, and analysis of affiliate marketing for Calvin Klein. The primary function of this role is to support the agency and communicating the strategy of our affiliate marketing and program to drive customer acquisition, customer reach, engagement, and conversion. Ideal candidate is a data-driven marketer with an understanding of the digital media landscape. The candidate must be experienced and comfortable reporting results. The Sr. Analyst of Affiliate Marketing will work alongside a talented and growing media team, and report into the Sr. Manager of Search



RESPONSIBILITIES:


Manage the day-to-day communication with the affiliate agency on promotional activities, business updates, business strategy, asset delivery, and goals

In collaboration with the agency, monitor and report on portfolio performance daily, develop reporting and insight capabilities and processes to effectively assess progress and opportunities

Work with external agency and counterparts within media team (SEM, SEO, social) for alignment and minimizing channel conflict

Support Sr. Manager and Sr. Director in developing cohesive strategy across affiliate and to accelerate customer acquisition, revenue growth, achieve ROI goals, hit sales and traffic targets. Work closely with the agency to find brand-aligned affiliates

Dig into channel data to drive testing, optimization and analysis to identify key levers and opportunities for improvements

Collaborate with internal stakeholders UX, buying teams, brand marketing and creative teams to develop strategies and guide execution

Communicate Performance to key stakeholders and cross functional teams to promote understanding of strategy, ROI and future opportunities

Contribute to the overall performance marketing and growth strategy


QUALIFICATIONS:

2-3 years of digital marketing experience at a retailer or agency within affiliate marketing


Bachelor's degree in business , marketing or related field

Highly motivated self-starter

Comfortable working independently to achieve a successful result

Strong analytics and presentation skills

Experience with Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, or similar reporting tool

Data, technical focused individual with web analytics experience

Proficiency in MSFT Office; deep experience with data analysis in Excel

Collaborative team-player yet comfortable with independence

Can multi-task, prioritize, and balance time across brands, multiple partner relationships and internal initiatives on a daily basis while maintaining a profound attention to detail

Pay Range:$85,000 - $105,000

PVH currently provides base salary ranges for all positions-on job advertisements-in the United States based on local requirements. These ranges are based on what PVH reasonably believes that it will pay an associate for their base salary for said position at the time of the posting. Individual compensation will ultimately be determined based on a variety of relevant factors including but-not limited to qualifications, geographic location and other relevant skills.
