The Role
We are looking for a Senior Analyst - Financial Planning & Analysis that will be focused on strategic planning and driving business outcomes. This is a key role in developing enhanced processes and systems across finance and cross functionally across the company. This role is a combination of business partnering and Corporate FP&A responsibilities supporting the Director of FP&A for Sales and Customer Support function.
What You'll Do
- Assist the planning, analysis, coordination and consolidation of budgets and forecasts for the Sales and Customer Support function
- Responsible for the corporate consolidation process for the budget and forecast process
- Own the maintenance and integrity of the planning tool (Adaptive Insights) for all hierarchy updates/changes needed for actuals, budgets, and forecasts
- Assist with the Corporate planning cadence by designing and owning the corporate planning calendar for all Budgeting, Forecasting, Pulse processes
- Prepare and review financial variances between Actual/Budget/Forecast financial results
- Analyze performance, identify areas of risk and opportunity, and make recommendations to finance and departmental leadership for improvements
- Develop and refine key business metrics and drives robust analysis to identify strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities, while evaluating possible alternatives and recommending appropriate actions across departments and the organization
- Gather, manage, and manipulate data from multiple sources for analysis; identify trends, extract insights and deliver actionable presentations of findings
- Perform ad hoc projects and analyses
Who You Are
- 5-10 years of experience in a corporate finance position with a track record of increased responsibilities
- SaaS industry experience preferred
- Experience in revenue recognition, financial modeling, business analysis, FP&A, business integration, analytics in a corporate (HQ) environment
- Experience working closely with Executive level management
- Advanced analytical and Microsoft Excel experience REQUIRED. Data mining and advanced data management & reporting skills required (Pivot, Vlookup, Data tables)
- Experience with major reporting tools such as Sage Intacct, Adaptive Insights and strongly preferred
- High degree of attention to detail
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to switch from complex to routine tasks when required
- Proven ability to work to deadlines and successfully work on multiple tasks simultaneously with minimal supervision
- Prior experience in or around private equity or a private equity owned business is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accounting, MBA degree preferred

The typical base salary range for this position is $130,000 to $150,000. The salary displayed on this job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire base pay for this position and your pay will be determined by a variety of factors, including your primary work location, skills, qualifications, and experience.
