Senior Analyst, Business Strategy & Transformation This position requires an active IRS MBI Clearance or ability to obtain one Cherokee Nation Solutions Link is seeking a talented Senior Analyst to join our federal consulting team in the Washington DC area. As a Senior Analyst for Business Strategy & Transformation, you will play a pivotal role in conducting research, analyzing data, and developing strategic recommendations to enhance business practices within federal agencies. You will collaborate with a team of consultants to design and implement tailored solutions, facilitate stakeholder engagement, and support project management activities. Additionally, you will contribute to the creation of deliverables such as reports, presentations, and training materials, ensuring alignment with project objectives and client expectations. Senior Analyst, Business Strategy & Transformation Responsibilities Include: Conduct research, analyze data, and assist in the development of strategic recommendations. Collaborate with clients and team members to design and implement tailored solutions. Facilitate stakeholder engagement and support project management activities. Contribute to the creation of deliverables such as reports, presentations, spreadsheets and training materials. Ensure alignment with project objectives and client expectations. Apply strategic thinking and problem-solving skills to develop innovative solutions to complex business challenges faced by clients. Stay informed about the latest developments in strategy, management, and relevant industries, and share insights with clients and colleagues. Performs other job-related duties as assigned. Senior Analyst, Business Strategy & Transformation Experience, Education, Skills, Abilities requested: Bachelor's degree in business, management, or data analytics; Master's preferred. Data analytics certifications are desirable. Demonstrated ability to build and maintain effective relationships with clients and internal teams. 2+ years of relevant experience, preferably in a federal setting. Ability to analyze complex data, trends, and information to derive insights and develop strategic recommendations. Proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Teams and other office software and collaboration tools. Excellent written and verbal communication skills to convey complex ideas and recommendations clearly. Prior experience in management consulting, strategy consulting, or a related field is preferred. Must pass pre-employment qualifications of Cherokee Federal. Must be able to attain and maintain a Public Trust clearance.
