Law firm is seeking a Senior Administrative Manager to oversee assigned departments in their Century City office.


Responsibilities:

  • Manage team performance and set goals, ensure the team's continuous professional development
  • Plan office events (onsite and offsite), managing events budgets, and facilitate community outreach programs
  • Administer office process implementation projects, programs, events, new hire orientations and employee departures
  • Conduct new hire orientations, coordinate training, and facilitate onboarding of both attorneys and business professionals

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree
  • At least 5 years of management experience required
  • Minimum 10+ years of experience in a corporate or law firm environment required
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite required
  • Previous experience planning, allocating and reconciling an operations budget required
