Senior Acquisition Program Analyst with Security Clearance

Delta Solutions & Strategies is seeking a Senior Acquistion Program Analyst. The Program Analyst shall assist the M-SHORAD Product Manager and APMs with planning, executing, monitoring, and reporting on portfolio programs. What you will be doing: Lead a technical, financial, schedule, and contracting cross-functional team to prepare or support Acquisition Planning & Execution, Integrated Master Schedules, Monthly Acquisition Reporting and Memorandums of Agreement. Develop program documentation Statements of Work, Program Management Plans, Technical memorandums, and Acquisition Strategies Maintain program event calendar, tracking program status for monthly reporting to higher headquarters, support programmatic and engineering risk assessments. Maintain holistic view across multiple contracts and government activities to identify cost, schedule and performance risk or concerns. Assist by analyzing, tracking, and reporting program unfunded technical requirements. Correlate requirements, program plans and schedules to support POM development and budget planning. Prepare and present information for weapon system development, component integration, TADASS, and Army Force Structure changes impacting Force Design Update (FDU) and M-SHORAD Production for future capability fielding. Prepare point papers, briefing charts, spreadsheets, and other material to inform or assist with Government decision-making.
