Position Overview: Our client is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Accounts Receivable Specialist to join their finance team. The Senior Accounts Receivable Specialist will play a key role in managing the accounts receivable function, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and timely collection of payments from their clients.

Responsibilities:
  • Prepare billing invoices accurately and efficiently for timely distribution to clients
  • Review invoices for accuracy and compliance with contractual terms and company policies
  • Upload invoices into customer portals or distribute via email as required
  • Issue credit memos and adjustments as necessary, following established protocols
  • Proactively resolve any billing issues or discrepancies, escalating when needed to ensure timely resolution
  • Process incoming payments and apply them accurately to customer accounts
  • Collaborate with the accounting and collections teams to ensure invoices are paid on time and reconcile accounts as needed
  • Analyze credit reports and provide recommendations for credit limits and terms
  • Collaborate with external auditors during audit periods and provide necessary documentation and support
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 5 years of accounts receivable experience, preferably in a senior or lead role
  • Experience working with a large ERP system (e.g., Oracle, SAP, etc.) is required
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including the ability to create and manipulate spreadsheets
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clients, colleagues, and external stakeholders

Pay Details: $28.00 to $33.00 per hour
