Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of professional accounting experience

Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to internal stakeholders, providing expert accounting guidance and support.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of accounting policies and procedures.
  • Identify opportunities to optimize workflows through centralization, standardization, and automation.
  • Lead complex accounting research projects and coordinate cross-functional initiatives.
  • Oversee the monthly financial close process and ensure timely, accurate reporting.
  • Prepare journal entries, reconcile general ledger accounts, and investigate discrepancies.
  • Manage intercompany transactions and reconciliations across multiple entities.
  • Review and maintain lease accounting schedules and reporting.
  • Analyze financial statements and report on variances.
  • Collaborate with teams to implement solutions and prevent future errors.
  • Continuously evaluate and improve processes within areas of responsibility
