Salary: $95,000 - $105,000 per year

Job DetailsResponsibilities:
- Prepare Financial Statements and variance analysis for multiple entities
- Perform monthly Bank Reconciliations
- Assist with AR, AP, monthly tenant billing, cash receipts, and financial statement preparation for retail properties
- Prepare year end financial statements and tax packages for CPA and assist with tax return review
- Prepare monthly lender reporting packages
- Assist in annual audit process
- Prepare CAM budgets and CAM reconciliations
- Assist with Bank Loan Draws
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- 5+ years of Real Estate accounting experience required
- Multi-family accounting experience preferred
- Construction Accounting experience preferred
- Previous Yardi experience required (superuser preferred)
- Advanced Excel skills
- Previous experience in financial statement prep and consolidation of multiple entities
