Senior Accountant
Our client, a growing/fast-paced Twin Cities organization, is seeking a Senior Accountant to fill a key support role within our General Accounting Department. This position requires solid accounting experience combined with strong analytical and communication skills.
Senior Accountant Deliverables
- Prepare journal entries, account reconciliations and lead schedules to support monthly closing processes
- Perform routine and ad-hoc analyses of account activity, business operations, etc.
- Protect the Company's integrity by keeping Company all information highly confidential.
Senior Accountant Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or related field with accounting coursework
- 3+ years of accounting experience
- Experience within manufacturing is a plus
- High proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience utilizing accounting systems is required
- Demonstrate detail-orientation with excellent ability to analyze and interpret data
- Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with individuals at all levels within the Company
- Demonstrate excellent computational skills with a high degree of accuracy
- Ability to rapidly adapt to changing business needs and priorities
- Willingness to learn and work in all areas of the business as needs dictate

- Competitive salary $78K to $90K
