You work in accounting so balance is very important to you.

From books and accounts, understanding the concept of balance is your second nature.

But there's another balancing act that is probably just as important, if not more.

And that's your work hard, play hard balance.

It's no secret working in public accounting is very tiring, taxing and takes its toll on your personal life.

You'll be working a 40 hour week throughout the whole year.

And as a senior associate, anything you work above 40 hours during tax season, you're getting paid bonus hours. So you're going to be recognised and compensated for the extra effort you're putting in.

You'll be joining a relaxed work culture, where people don't take themselves too seriously and you have constant support from your peers.

With this type of culture, people don't get burnt out and their turnover is very low.

But when it comes to work, and your progress, this gets taken seriously.

You're going to be on a hybrid schedule, which allows easier growth and lots of on hand training. You'll be part of the contribution and take advice from others around you.

They also train from within and like to promote people from the firm, so you'll be invested in to get to the manager and director level. With plenty of business coming in, there are no limitations on the amount of leaders they want.

With up to date technology and great processes in place, your time won't be filled up with doing small admin tasks, allowing you to do your job efficiently.

You'll also be experienced in both tax and audit, getting a full understanding of both sides and be able to serve clients in any aspect.

The firm is mostly construction, but have a growth of other clients coming in so different industry experience welcome.

This is a growing firm in Livingston New Jersey, open to all rounded candidates in tax and audit. If you have 2 + years experience in accounting, local to the area, a willingness to learn and grow into a leadership position then drop me a message. Working at a CPA Firm experience necessary.
