Senior Accountant

Senior Accountant contractor for a term of 3 months to fill a temporary gap in team resources. Primary responsibilities include:

Preparation of the annual audited financial statements

Preparation of bank regulatory filings (e.g., Call Report, FR Y-9C)

Coordination and completion of financial statement audit requests

Assistance with the preparation of board financial packages

Ensuring accounting procedures are documented and updated

Performing other tasks as assigned

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Accounting

Financial reporting experience (banking preferred)

2 - 4 years of experience

Preferred Qualifications

Public accounting experience

CPA certification/candidate

Regulatory reporting experience

Strong computer skills

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Demonstrated problem solving ability

Strong organization skills

Ability to work under deadlines

Good leadership and project management skills
