RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE SENIOR ACCOUNTANT
- The Senior Accountant will support the Accounting Manager in day to day activities.
- The Senior Accountant will compile and analyze financial information to prepare entries to general ledger accounts.
- The Senior Accountant will also handle year-end closing activities
- Prepare reports to substantiate individual transactions prior to monthly close process.
- Handle journal entries and reconciliations
EXPERIENCE PREFERRED FOR THE SENIOR ACCOUNTANT ROLE:
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting
- Non-profit experience
- The Senior Accountant will have 5+ years experience
