Compensation: $75K - $85K, based on experience

Responsibilities:

Support the Controller and overall accounting/finance function; serve in Controller capacity when Controller not available, manages revenue and receivables, oversees accounts payable and banking, responsible for financials and budgets, taxes, wholesale and inventory controls; maintains GAAP-based financial reporting.

Qualifications:

Requires Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or closely related field and 3 or more years' Accounting experience (some exposure to Controller responsibilities helpful but not required); CPA or CPA eligible a plus. Winery/Hotel experience a plus. Public Accounting also a plus.

Also requires strong leadership, communications (verbal, written and presentation), collaboration, analytical, mathematical and reasoning skills.

Requires ability to read, write and speak English fluently as well as strong computing skills using QuickBooks, Microsoft 365, Google Suite, Point of Sale, and familiarity with various point of sale and hotel management systems.
