Overview:
Start-up tech company with a founder who has a strong track record of successful exits, is seeking a Senior Accountant who will report to the CFO and help with interesting projects to prepare the company for growth and an eventual sale. In addition to monthly and annual accounting, the person will help with a software conversion to NetSuite.
What you'll do:
- Be an integral part of a software conversion to NetSuite
- Prepare and complete monthly close requirements
- Support annual financial audits and various state/local taxes
- Compliance reporting
- Lead financial reporting process

Who you are:
- Bachelor's degree Accounting, CPA+
- 4+ years relevant experience
- Public accounting and tech/start-up industry experience preferable
