We are seeking to hire a Senior Accountant for our Headquarters in Atlanta, GA.
This will be an onsite position.

Job Description
Senior Accountant Job Responsibilities
Ensures the integrity of accounting information by recording, verifying, consolidating,
and entering transactions
Prepares and records asset, liability, revenue, and expenses entries by compiling and
analyzing account information
Maintains and balances subsidiary accounts by verifying, allocating, posting, and
reconciling transactions and resolving discrepancies
Maintains general ledger by transferring subsidiary accounts, preparing a trial balance,
and reconciling entries
Prepares monthly bank reconciliations
Manages employee expense reimbursement process
Tracks fixed assets
Prepares monthly/quarterly sales tax returns
Orders office supplies for the corporate office
Works with cities to get offices licensed
Prepares personal property tax returns
Manages notices from states and local governments
Sets up travel for employees across the company
Completes external audit by analyzing and scheduling general ledger accounts and
providing information for auditors.
Ensures compliance with all legal requirements
Keeps information confidential
Other tasks as assigned

Qualifications for Senior Accountant
Associates Degree in Accounting or a closely related field
Minimum of 5 years accounting experience
Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Office software (especially Excel)
Microsoft GP experience preferred
