Role Overview: To provide exceptional customer service and support in the Warehouse by preparing and delivering product and material to customers in an efficient, accurate, timely and cost-effective manner. Class A License is required Essential Functions Responsible for the storage, retrieval, processing, and accuracy of product. Operate company owned vehicles for the delivery, pickup and relocation of company products and materials Provide outstanding customer service during delivery and pickup operations Maintain and protect all property entrusted in excellent condition May plan route to insure most economical use of time and equipment Perform Warehouse duties when not delivering, such as loading, unloading, picking material, general maintenance, etc. Perform any other tasks assigned to support and improve the overall team operations Essential Job Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Thorough knowledge of State and Federal DOT Mandates Ability to operate and maintain company vehicles in a safe manner at all times Ability to make runs as preferred by customer needs Ability to establish and maintain professional relationships with employees, supervisors, and customers Ability to communicate effectively Ability to work independently with minimum supervision Ability to perform heavy manual tasks under varying weather conditions Thorough knowledge of traffic laws and defensive driving Benefits: BPS Supply Group is committed to helping our associates live healthy, prosperous, and secure lives by providing comprehensive compensation, benefits, retirement, and insurance programs. Requirements Requirements and/or Preferences Possession of high school diploma or equivalent (GED) Must be 21 years of age Valid Class A Driver License Must pass DOT Medical Card screen, background, and DMV check Must be registered with the Clearinghouse Minimum of two years pipe hauling and flatbed experience Oil experience preferred Essential Physical Requirements: Sitting/Driving 40% Lifting 15% Pushing/pulling 5% Standing 5% Bending/twisting 5% Stooping 5% Walking 5% Reaching overhead 10% Kneeling/Crawling occasionally frequently.10% This position requires being able to lift/carry up to 50 lbs.
