We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Permanent Security Low Voltage Project Manager to join our team in the construction industry. This is a fantastic opportunity for a professional with expertise in low voltage, security, fire alarm, access control, and CCTV systems. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and delivering complex security projects on time and within budget while ensuring the highest quality standards. This role requires a minimum of 2+ years of relevant experience in the field.

Responsibilities:

1. Plan, direct, and coordinate all aspects of security low voltage projects from inception to completion.
2. Work closely with clients, architects, and engineers to ensure project requirements are met and client satisfaction is maintained.
3. Oversee the design, installation, and maintenance of security systems, including CCTV, access control, fire alarms, and low voltage systems.
4. Manage project budget, resources, and timeline, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
5. Coordinate with suppliers and contractors, ensuring compliance with all relevant safety and quality standards.
6. Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the project lifecycle.
7. Conduct regular site inspections and audits to ensure all work is being carried out to the highest standard.
8. Provide regular updates to senior management on project progress, risks, and issues.
9. Train and mentor team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and learning.
10. Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in security and low voltage technology.

Qualifications:

1. Minimum 2+ years of experience in managing security low voltage projects in the construction industry.
2. Proven expertise in low voltage, security, fire alarm, access control, and CCTV systems.
3. Strong project management skills, including planning, budgeting, resource allocation, and risk management.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with clients, team members, and other stakeholders.
5. Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues effectively.
6. Proficiency with project management software and tools.
7. Knowledge of relevant safety and quality standards in the construction industry.
8. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
9. A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field is preferred.
10. Certifications in project management or related field will be an added advantage.
