Job Details

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Security Install/Service Field Supervisor to join our team in the construction industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in access control, CCTV, pedestrian access, alarms, installation, supervision, and service. This is a full-time position with competitive compensation and benefits.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the installation and maintenance of security systems in construction sites
• Supervise a team of security technicians and provide training and guidance as needed
• Ensure that all security systems are installed and maintained in accordance with industry standards and regulations
• Conduct site surveys and assessments to determine the most effective security solutions for each construction site
• Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with security systems and provide timely and effective solutions
• Work closely with project managers to ensure that security systems are integrated into the overall construction plan
• Maintain accurate records of all security installations and service calls
• Provide exceptional customer service to clients and respond to inquiries and concerns in a timely manner

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in security system installation and service
• Strong technical skills in access control, CCTV, pedestrian access, and alarms
• Experience supervising a team of technicians and providing training and guidance
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Knowledge of industry standards and regulations related to security systems installation and maintenance
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
