This position is located at Lemoore, California (Lemoore Naval Air Station) in support of the F-35 program. Perform duties as Security Generalist Sr at either a F-35 Squadron or at the Pilot Training Center (PTC) in support of the Site Security Manager (SSM).
Under the direction of the SSM or the Asc Mgr, the candidate will be responsible to execute security operations in compliance with all requirements set forth in the Department of Defense Manuals (DODMs) 5205.07 Volumes1-4, Intelligence Community Directive (ICD) 705, the NISPOM overprint, DCIDs, and other Department of Navy directives as applicable. Duties may also include completing Program Access Requests, classified meeting support, program management support, physical security support, and security education. Under the direction of the SSM or the Asc Mgr, the candidate will assist in program security functional areas. i.e., Operational Security, Security Education and Training, Physical Security, Personnel Security, Access Control, and Media and Document control at the PTC. Security Generalist Sr will be engaged in sustainment activities and F-35 specific SAP support.
Security Generalist Sr will be responsible to ensure their assigned duties and projects are completed on time and at the level of professionalism commensurate with their senior position.
Security Generalist Sr will be responsible to maintain excellent customer relationships on site and to communicate observations and recommendations to SSM and/or the Asc Mgr. Security Generalist Sr will execute other duties as assigned by the SSM or the Asc Mgr.
Candidate must be willing to be on-call and able to respond to PTC in event of alarm activation or another emergency. Possible travel (less than 10%). While this is primarily a 1st shift position, it is a mission driven position and operational requirements may require extended work or different shifts.
This position requires routine interaction with senior ranking officers, enlisted personnel, construction personnel and key Government stakeholders with confidence, poise, and professionalism. Candidate should be comfortable and experienced making decisions with minimal oversight.

1. Current SECRET security clearance with an investigation within 5 years from the investigation Closed date or confirmed enrollment within the Continuous Evaluation (CE) program.
2. Must be able to obtain and maintain a Top Secret/SCI security clearance or confirmed enrollment within the Continuous Evaluation (CE) program if and when local mission requirements dictate.
3. Must be able to obtain and maintain access to Special Access Programs (SAPs).
4. Must be able to obtain and maintain access to Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) if/when mission requirements dictate.
5. Bachelor's degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience.
6. Previous SAP experience & knowledge of DoD 5205.07 (Vols. 1-4), previous version JAFANs, JSIG, and NIPSOM regulatory guidance.
7. Excellent written and verbal skills.
8. Industrial and/or military security experience.
9. Proficient in use of Microsoft Office products.
10. Ability to establish and maintain professional and productive relationships with internal and external customers.

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.

Pay Rate:
The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Washington or Washington DC is $67,200 - $128,900. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer. Benefits offered: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Short-Term Disability, Long-Term Disability, 401(k) match, Flexible Spending Accounts, EAP, Education Assistance, Parental Leave, Paid time off, and Holidays.
(Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year. This position is incentive plan eligible.
Pay Rate:
The annual base salary range for this position in most major metropolitan areas in California and New York is $77,300 - $145,600. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only.
