Job Title: Secretary
Location: Youngstown, OH
Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:00 am - 4:00 pm
Salary: $19 per hour
Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate and organized records
- Utilize Microsoft Office, primarily Excel, for various tasks
- Assist with administrative duties as needed
- Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including phone calls, emails, and mail, in a professional and timely manner
- Assist in maintaining databases and spreadsheets, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and confidentiality guidelines
Requirements: - Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Previous experience in administrative roles required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Stay updated on relevant software updates, industry trends, and best practices related to administrative support
