This role is based at the client site in Sacramento, CA. An Active CompTIA A+ or Network+ and Secret Security Clearance is required. The Technical Lead will be providing Video and Audio technical support for a training program. Day to day activities include performing technical support, room setup and validation, coordination with business and training stakeholder, provide written deliverables/status as needed and conducting daily/monthly training system monitoring. 5 years of experience aligning IT systems with organizational business processes. At least 3 years of that experience must have been in a lead capacity. Possession of a Bachelor's Degree in an IT-related or Engineering field. Additional qualifying experience may be substituted for the required education on a year-for-year basis. Possess an active CompTIA A+ or Network+ and Secret Security Clearance. DESIRABLE
Providing technical support involving audio conference bridging equipment.
Maintaining computer hardware and software, performing hands- on repairs and system upgrades.
Maintaining video conference systems.
Superior interpersonal skills-able to communicate effectively and professionally at all times.
Ability to perform under significant pressure and extreme time constraints. The compensation for this position is $55,000 to $65,000 per year depending on experience and qualifications. Employees are also eligible for performance-based bonus/ to participate in a performance-based incentive plan.
