Responsibilities:
- Design and implement an effective infection control program.
- Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify and address infection risks.
- Train staff on infection control best practices.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure quality care and compliance.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Registered Nurse (RN) licensed in Pennsylvania.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in infection control and/or staff development.
- Strong knowledge of state and federal infection control regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
