Scrum Master with Security Clearance

Responsibilities OBXtek is currently staffing for Scrum Master Facilitate Agile ceremonies and discussions among development and customer team members
Coach the team on the Scrum processes and remove impediments for the team
With product leadership and the team, define and deliver relevant metrics that are formulated and utilized for meeting project objectives

Maintain other artifacts supporting the Team's performance, highlighting achievements, and exposing opportunities for improvement
Planning and Coordinating Team Training
Guide the team to adopt an Agile mindset Qualifications Clearance Requirements: Active Top-Secret with SCI eligibility Degree: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent work experience
Certification: Agile certification
Experience defining team performance metrics
Experience delivering team performance metrics
Experience planning and coordinating training for the team on the Scrum processes
