Responsibilities:
Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as Sprint planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives
Coach and mentor teams on Agile principles, practices, and values to improve overall team performance
Collaborate with Product Owners to prioritize and groom the product backlog, ensuring alignment with business objectives
Use Azure DevOps and Jira to track and manage Agile workflows, including user stories, tasks, and sprint progress
Remove impediments and barriers to team progress, escalating issues when necessary
Foster a culture of transparency, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the team and organization

Education and Certifications:
Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or similar Agile certifications
Additional certifications such as Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP) or Certified Agile Coach (CAC) are a plus
