Position Summary:Bituminous Roadways, Inc. (BR) is a growing, award-winning, and established union highway/heavy contractor looking for a Screed Operator to join our team.
Our main office is located in Mendota Heights, MN. BR also has plant locations in Inver Grove Heights, Shakopee, Columbus, and Minneapolis.
Key Responsibilities:Reasonable accommodations made be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
- Operates screed on asphalt paver.
- Make normal operating adjustments for obtaining proper depth, grade and finished cross section.
- May perform other related duties to include adding or removing screed extensions.
- Display a professional and respectful attitude towards co-workers, supervisors, inspectors, and the general public at all times.
- Willingness to work in a team environment and assist co-workers or supervisors.
- All other duties as assigned.
Preferred Education/ Experience:
- Screed Operator experience preferred.
- High school education or GED equivalent.
