We currently have an exciting opportunity available for a Scientist II Process Development in Boca Raton, FL.
The Scientist II Process Development will support the development of protein purification processes.
Qualifications
- Design, execute, analyze studies, with direction and guidance of management
- Remain current on developments in the field
- Make recommendations to management, analyze project goals and criteria to ensure they are scientifically sound
- Interface with departments such as PD, Manufacturing, RA, Quality, as appropriate.
- Demonstrate strong technical expertise and provide business centered, innovative solutions to process improvement and development initiatives
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Statistical analysis for analysis and interpretation of data
Education Requirements:
- Master's degree or PhD in biochemistry, chemical engineering, biophysics, biology or related discipline.
- Bachelor's degree and 5 years of process development or protein purification experience
Experience Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience developing protein purification processes.
- 0-5 years of experience in a GMP environment
