School Psychologist Paid Internship

SUMMARY: Opening for full time Psychologist Intern for the district starting August 2024. Must have a four year degree in behavioral/social sciences and graduate work in educational psychology and assessment. Must show evidence of eligibility for an intern position. Must hold or be able to obtain a Colorado Department of Education Psychologist Intern Endorsement. Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to: Collaborate with staff to provide for the needs of students, provide educational assessment and interpretation of the assessment in the special education process and related programs, provide developmental counseling and crisis intervention assistance under the supervision of th District Psychologist and Director of Exceptional Student Services. Act as a liaison to the home, school and community to support plans and strategies for individual students. Maintain accurate and complete records required by law and school district policy. SALARY: Licensed Salary Schedule: 50% of MA, Step 0/1. Position includes full benefits.
