Job Summary Job Summary Under the direction of the Executive Director of Innovation and Student Services, coordinates, plans, directs, and performs complex duties related to operating programs for students, including through a district wellness center. The School Psychologist shall possess specialized in-depth knowledge of and be experienced in providing services for a variety of short and long term conditions related to social emotional well being, trauma-informed care, mental health needs, and effectively responding to student, parent, and teacher concerns. Primary duties include interacting with administrators, teachers, students, community partners, and parents/care providers to facilitate the development and maintenance of quality service to students and families as a multi tiered school wide support. In addition, the Psychologist conducts assessments, writes reports, develops and implements IEPs, and assists other district psychologists with special education assessments, especially in the area of social/emotional assessments.
