Warren County Educational Service Center Equal Opportunity Service Center Position: School Psychologist-Part Time 24.25 School Year Contract: Beginning August 2024 Salary: Salary per WCESC salary schedule and is commensurate with experience. New Hires will receive a $3000 sign-on bonus. Job Opening: The Warren County ESC is now accepting applications for part-time school psychologist positions for the school year. The school psychologists filling these positions will develop and provide a full range of comprehensive school psychological services to students, families, and schools in compliance with local, state, and federal laws. They will provide a broad range of services to meet the academic and mental health needs of students in the district to which they are assigned. Essential Functions: Participates in response to intervention team processes and consults with team members Contributes to the psycho-educational evaluation and assessment for students to determine educational needs and eligibility for special education services Summarize and interpret evaluation results and recommendations in written and verbal form in practical and understandable terms Potentially, when needed, provides counseling services within the scope of training to individuals or groups of students May serve as a resource to districts and buildings in crisis situations When requested, develops, implements, and evaluates professional development opportunities for staff and/or families within the district they serve Maintains an adequate system of documentation and record keeping and meets deadlines for meetings, paperwork, and other responsibilities Networks and makes referrals to outside agencies, when appropriate, to meet the needs of the students and families with whom they are working Maintains confidentiality with regard to professional situations Communicates with WCESC supervisor and district personnel on issues that may arise Effectively utilizes technology to complete assigned duties Displays professionalism through appearance, behavior, and attendance Please forward letter of interest, resume, letters of recommendation and/or 3 reference contacts to Kristie Strittmatter, Lead School Psychologist Candidate may also mail documents to: Kristie Strittmatter 1879 Deerfield Road Lebanon, OH 45036
