Speech Language Pathologist Job Description:
Assess and diagnose speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders in students.
Develop and implement individualized therapy plans to address students' speech and language goals.
Provide direct intervention services to students in both individual and group settings.
Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other educational professionals to support students' academic and social success.
Monitor students' progress and adjust therapy plans as needed to achieve desired outcomes.
Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss student progress and develop comprehensive intervention plans.

Speech Language Pathologist Requirements:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure in Speech-Language Pathology.
Ability to adapt to diverse student populations and needs.

(10-15) minute screening call with a ProCare Therapy Recruiter
(20-30) minute virtual interview directly with the school
