MCHS offers expert and caring behavioral health services for children, adolescents, and adults throughout southeastern Pennsylvania. We are currently seeking to hire a full time a School-Based Outpatient Supervisor to join our Reading Outpatient Services Department. At our Reading office, we service the Berks County community by providing: Outpatient Therapy School-Based Outpatient Therapy IBHS (Wrap Around) Psychiatric Services Position Summary: Responsible for oversight of the School Based Outpatient program Summary of Essential Position Functions: Oversees designated schools and staff in the School Based Outpatient program Works as part of the leadership team to foster a positive environment for staff and clients Completes random chart reviews Prepares for site audits from managed care companies Sees clients as needed in the school based outpatient program Responsible for crisis intervention as needed for school based outpatient Trains all new school based outpatient therapists on clinical and administrative duties Responsible for overall compliance of the program Sends census to Site Manager, Director or Corporate office as needed Attends monthly school based outpatient meetings Provides supervision and additional assistance as needed to school based outpatient therapists Has a billable hour requirement of 15 hours/week.
