School-Based Behavioral Health Professional

If so, we want to connect with you. Woodfords Family Services has an exciting opening for School-based Behavioral Health Professionals (BHP) in Leeds, ME. This is a full-time position (37.5 hours per week) and includes a generous benefits and compensation package. Position Summary As a School-based BHP, you will work one-on-one with a child or adolescent within the public school setting to help achieve learning and development objectives. Individual goals are assessed and related to the learner's behaviors, social skills, personal and daily routines, and community inclusion. Through the use of evidence-based practices, you will help foster a therapeutic, enriched, and meaningful learning environment for students with developmental, mental health and/or co-occurring disorders. Highlights: Full-time, 8:00am to 3:30pm, Monday through Friday (No Weekends.) $1,500 Sign-on Bonus. BCBA Supervision hours for individuals completing fieldwork Employer-paid school vacation week in December (in addition to accrued vacation time.) Flexible Spring & Summer Vacation schedules (position follows public school calendar) What we're looking for: Full-time (37.5 hrs.) Monday through Friday; No Weekends. 8:00am - 3:30pm schedule (hours may vary based on school schedule) $20.00 - $22.00/hour - commensurate with experience $1,500 Sign-on Bonus - Paid after 6 months employment. Qualifications Minimum High School Diploma. Associate's or bachelor's degree in psychology, social services, education, or related field preferred. Ed Tech I, II, or III eligibility. BHP certification (course can be completed as part of employment and paid for by Woodfords) Valid driver's license with current auto insurance and use of a reliable vehicle Not certified as a School-Based BHP?
