As an engineer on our team, you'll work with Booz Allen colleagues and the government to develop, rapidly deploy, and integrate the next generation of resilient space, ground, and user capabilities across the Space Enterprise to deter attacks and provide critical information to our warfighters to defeat our enemies. Your customer will t rus t you to not only test, analyze, evaluate, validate, and verify these systems, but also to use your ingenuity and broad knowledge of potential sources of new te chn ologies and concepts, such as applicable national labs, prototypes and products from SBIR activities, and other commer cia l IR & D efforts, to identify areas requiring mitigation up front to plan, develop, mature, and on-ramp te chn ologies for use in future missions. You will support senior clients on budget ary and investment prioritizations. You will also collaborate with DoD Science and Te chn ology ( S & T ) organizations to unearth future concepts, and create enterprise roadmap to capture, analyze, and communicate te chn ology transition plans. You Have: 3+ years of experience with Systems Engineering or Project Management, and schedule planning and development efforts 3+ years of experience developing and managing an integrated, end to end IMS, including the schedule of key integration, test, and transition to operation activities, and critical paths to analyze schedule impacts and recommend corrective actions Experience reviewing, collecting, and identifying critical milestones asso cia ted with multiple program dependencies Experience developing, documenting, and executing a Lean-Agile process to manage the te chn ical baseline and IMS at all integration levels Experience with EVM specifically ANSI 6 and 7 Experience with MS Project Server, PowerBi, JIRA, or Confluence Ability to communicate and establish collaborative relationships with government clients, Federally Funded Research and Developmental Centers ( FFRDC ) , and asso cia te contractor teammates to achieve program goals Top Secret clearance Bachelor's degree Nice If You Have: Experience performing systems engineering, program management, and schedule and development activities on space systems Experience with using Model-Based Systems Engineering approach to manage system definitions and te chn ical baseline Experience working with large amounts of data Experience using metrics to improve processes and ensure consistency and standardization across the organization Knowledge of space systems and the corresp ond ing design, development, manufacturing, integration and test, deployment, operations, and decommissioning activities Possession of strong verbal and written communication skills Possession of strong coordination skills to concurrently manage several Enterprise and Program-level schedules and IMS TS/SCI clearance Master's degree in an engineering, mathematics, physics, or equivalent te chn ical field INCOSE Systems Engineering Professional certifications including ASEP, CSEP, or ESEP Clearance: Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Top Secret clearance is required. Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $84,600.00 to $193,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
