Scheduler/Expediter with Security Clearance

Amentum has an exciting opportunity in Hypersonics and Strategic Missions Research, Development, Test, and Evaluation (RDT&E) for the Naval Surface Warfare Center at Crane located in Indiana. JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Perform scheduling activities including documenting, providing status, tracking, and coordinating programmatic and project milestones and deliverables under the Hypersonics Contract Development and maintaining of project Integrated Master Schedules Interact with customers to ensure completion of scheduled tasks and customer satisfaction Ensure work documentation has been reviewed by prior entities prior to execution, for proper coding, priority, and classification Coordinate and verify shipment and delivery of kits and tooling for test events Perform, document, and coordinate discrepancy resolution of weekly status and completion date reviews for area of responsibility Exhibit and understanding of project/program milestones, task dependencies, planning, and execution Coordinate scheduled start and scheduled finish dates with the customers and engineering team to ensure work can be scheduled/executed without impacting testing events Prepare, post and distribute daily/weekly schedules as required Generate periodic reports to track/report engineering, maintenance, and operations as required Perform other related or associated duties as assigned by supervisor Minimum Requirements: Position will require the ability to pass and maintain a Secret Security Clearance (Please note: US citizenship is required to obtain a Secret Clearance) High school diploma Minimum of three to five years related experience with operations scheduling Knowledge of Microsoft Project Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products Must possess good oral and written communication skills.
