Position: Scheduled Maintenance Writer

What's the job?
- Scheduled Maintenance Writer
- Receive and process requests for maintenance agreements
- Maintain customer database
- Submit new or updated Preventative Maintenance Agreements to customers
- Communicate the value of Preventative Maintenance agreements to customers
- Interact with customers on a regular basis regarding service needs, quotes, approval for work, and follow-up needs
- Work closely with internal teams as needed
What's needed?
- Must have a high school diploma or equivalent
- Must have strong attention to detail
- Customer service experience preferred
- Data entry experience preferred
