Bilingual Service Advisor / Front Desk Administrator

Overview: Join our dynamic team at a reputable car dealership in Fort Lauderdale as a Bilingual Service Advisor / Front Desk Administrator. This role is crucial in providing exceptional customer service and administrative support, catering to our diverse customer base.
Responsibilities:
Bilingual Customer Service: Provide friendly and professional customer service in both English and Spanish. Greet customers warmly, assist with inquiries, appointments, and service requests, ensuring clear communication and understanding.
Appointment Scheduling: Efficiently schedule service appointments, considering technician availability and customer preferences. Confirm appointments and follow up with customers as needed.
Service Advising: Act as a liaison between customers and service technicians, conveying service recommendations, estimates, and repair updates. Ensure accurate interpretation and translation of service needs and timelines.
Administrative Support: Perform general administrative tasks such as answering phones, responding to emails, filing paperwork, and maintaining customer records. Handle customer payments and invoices accurately.
Parts Ordering: Assist with parts ordering and inventory management, ensuring availability of necessary parts for service jobs. Coordinate with parts department as needed.
Customer Satisfaction: Monitor customer satisfaction and address any concerns or complaints promptly and professionally, providing resolution in both languages. Strive to exceed customer expectations and build long-term relationships.
Sales Support: Provide support to the sales department as needed, including processing vehicle sales paperwork, assisting with vehicle deliveries, and coordinating test drives, utilizing bilingual skills to assist Spanish-speaking customers.
Requirements:
- Fluency in both English and Spanish, with excellent verbal and written communication skills in both languages.
- Previous experience in customer service, preferably in an automotive or dealership setting.
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in basic computer skills and office software.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of automotive systems and terminology is a plus.
- Flexibility to work weekends or evenings as needed.
