Sawyer County AmeriCorps Public Health Specialist The Public Health AmeriCorps member will increase their knowledge of public health needs by engaging in various activities related to patient outreach and education, follow-through in care, and patient retention in care. Establish relationships and create groups for community health improvement plan. Communicate with existing networks and community resources for implementation of initiatives. Assist with environmental health licensing and education. Coordinate health department quality and performance improvement plan.
