Work location: The Woodlands, TX
SAP/Work Pack coordinator for all fabric maintenance operations across Gulf of Mexico facilities including coatings, insulation, and hot bolting programs. Key interfaces will be Mechanical Integrity - Fabric Maintenance, Scheduling and Planning, Cost Analysis, and FM Contractors.

Roles and Responsibilities:
â Development of Fabric Maintenance scopes and work packs
â Ensure work packs closed out with sufficient documentation
â Assure Fabric Maintenance work list is maintained so that highest priorities are mitigated via program
â Create and manage WBS Elements such as workorders and purchase orders
â Coordinate settlement charges to WBS elements upon release and track associated costs
â Support reclassification of charges within WBS elements
â Interface with vendors to estimate cost values for purchase order limits and expected spend
â Coordinate with supply chain team to ensure sufficient purchase order balances for needed transactions
â Manage interface between Fabric Maintenance SAP data and Mechanical Integrity Database Management System
â Interface with Cost Controller to ensure SAP costs are in line with forecast
â Manage SAP change orders
â Development of preventative (BLK) and Proactive (CHT) work packs, scopes, CORs.
â Ensure that Fabric Maintenance workpack items are closed out and processed for payment
