Job Title: SAP Test Data Lead (Migration from ECC to SAP HANA)
Location: Sunnyvale, CA (Preferred) Austin, TX (secondary choice)
Duration: 6 months
Test Data:
- Assessment of Data readiness status for Migration (ECC to SAP HANA)
- Assessment of the scope of test data track
- Understand ongoing Data readiness activities
- Outline follow up activities that need to be performed to define and execute data readiness activities
- Understand and document the workplan and status of workplan execution
- Coordinate follow up activities related to Data readiness:
- Coordinate with team to define requirements, pain points for the test data
- Assess requirements for SAP data objects in alignment with SME s and define how requirements will be met in Migration test life cycle for Central data and Converted data
- Review existing tools currently capabilities and assess feasibility for resolving data pain points as part of:
- Collaborate to define the approach documents to drive POC s with IT and Biz teams
- Work with team to track follow up actions weekly to track readiness of prep activities
- Collaborate with team to define scope of test data for all test phases (Unit, String, BVT, IT, UAT, Mock cut overs.)
- Align on the data readiness timeline, milestones and activities and work with team to track the progress.
- Define roles and responsibilities for data and track deliverables with relevant stakeholders and follow up to ensure deliverables are met
- Align timelines and roles & responsibilities with staff defined in this sow.

Change Control
- Current State assessments:
- Understand the current state by attending knowledge transition meetings.
- Collaborate with Migration team to outline the open items & highlight dependencies if any. Estimate the efforts required to refine the prerequisites and outline steps required to update the test automation strategy
- Align timelines and roles and responsibilities with staff defined in this SOW.
- Align on additional staffing needs if any.
- Coordinate to define the Change Control Strategy:
- Collaborate with Migration Team to ensure the scope documentation is complete for the following:
- Modular, Modular E2E & X-functional E2E scenarios
- Exception scenarios
- Tier 1 Boundary systems included
- Converted & Partially converted scenarios
- Downstream systems impacted scenarios
- Collaborate with Migration team to understand the impact assessment process, work with program teams and business to define the process for de-duplication
- Recommend Migration to update the traceability for scoping by defining the templates
- Coordinate forecasting holistic effort required to create/update scenarios for S/4 HANA brownfield.
- Create scope timeline, milestones, roles and responsibilities and track deliverables along with follow-ups to ensure deliverables are met.
- Coordinate with horizontal data tracks Automation, Data, Environment, Tools, Reporting, Defect Management, Process & Templates to ensure scope is integrated holistically
