Project & Engagement Management (OTC) Lead Responsibilities:
- Project & Engagement Management (OTC) Business Solution & Enhancement lead will be responsible for building applications optimization roadmap for Project & Engagement & Billing (OTC) solution including revenue recognition.
- Work with the Business Engagement Lead, Service Lines and Finance Team to understand and optimize the process using Automation and Artificial Intelligence.
- Ensure successful delivery of Integrated S/4HANA (ERP) system solutions and other supporting applications.
- Build, lead and manage a team, along with the associated processes to deliver on Project & Engagement Management initiatives across the EAG ERP platform.
- Ability to design and deliver integrated solutions with industry best practices of SAP S4HANA Cloud solution.
- Good understanding of financial data, accounting entries and pricing procedures.
- This Role is expected to provide the necessary leadership for the creation and design of the detailed Project & Engagement Management (OTC) solution architecture and implementation.
- Work closely with business leadership to design and deliver best-in-class solutions.
- The position will work closely with the business and IT leadership teams serving as a leader bringing forth opportunities to leverage the Project & Engagement Management (OTC) solution capabilities to support the efficient running and growth of our organization.
- Building and cultivating strong relationships with integration stakeholders at all levels, including Enterprise Architecture, Infrastructure, Quality Assurance, Development, Security and Production Support.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor or equivalent degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or engineering.
- Experienced in delivering and supporting large-scale ERP/SAP Implementation with continuous improvements.
- Experience in the professional services industry with full life cycle implementations.
- Minimum 15 years experience in SAP Project & Engagement Management (Order to Cash) application delivery in the professional services and accounting industry.
- Experience in professional services processes for Project & Engagement & Billing (Order to Cash) processes including integrations with financial systems.
- Should be a master in Functional Architecture Design Analysis.
- Should have experience in Business Knowledge and S4HANA Technical Solution Design.
